Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the MTF Serve website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Summit County, Utah. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts. You agree that a final, non-appealable judgment in any such suit, action, or proceeding shall be conclusive and may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the judgment or in any other manner provided by law.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Terms of Service. Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website must be commenced within one year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
